9... no colored water in vases or cake fountains.
10.. no alcohol to be brought on premises-if found, your party is OVER-NO EXCEPTIONS.
11.. The bartender(s) on duty shall have the authority to refuse service to any person that they consider out of order
    or intoxicated, as per the New York State Liquor Authority.
